THE INSTITUT CATALÀ DEL PEU CARRIES OUT AN ANALYSIS OF THE SPORTING PERFORMANCE TO YOSUA FERNÁNDEZ, CHAMPION OF WEIGHTLIFTING IN CATALONIA.

A few days ago, the Institut Català del Peu carried out a skeletal muscle biomechanical analysis to the weightlifting athlete Yosua Fernández, in order to improve his sporting performance.

Yosua has been competing for 18 years as a professional athlete and he   also has been a national trainer for 10 years. Regarding his professional success, we have to highlight that he has been the provincial and national champion during the last 9 years in a row, and, nowadays he is the first in the absolute Catalonia’s Championship, in the Catalonia’s Cup and besides, in the Catalonia’s Championship of clubs. In reference to Spain, he was placed third this year in the absolute Spain’s Championship and also in the Spain’s Championship of clubs.
