BIOMECHANICAL CHECKUP TO THE ATHLETE NELSON DE LA PUENTE FERNÁNDEZ, 100 AND 200 METERS SPRINTER.

A few days ago, we had the pleasure to make a biomechanical analysis in the Institut Català del Peu to the athlete Nelson De la Puente Fernández, an athlete with different medals in all categories, from Junior to Regional and National level.

Nelson De la Puente, 100 and 200 meters sprinter, has in his list of achievements, medals in every category, like for example, Champion of 100 male meters in the Championship of Catalonia’s Clubs – Final A (07/05/2017), Champion of 200 male meters in the Championship of Clubs The men First Division (10/06/2017), Champion of 4 x 100 male meters (relay race) in the same track meet, Second place in the XXXV Cup of His Majesty and Her Majesty, of Clubs in indoor track (30/01/2016), among others.
